End User License in the use of Japanese-English News Article

This license is valid for the licensee signed below and any
research group which is under the direct supervision of the
licensee.


4. Exemption from Responsibility

In no circumstances will NICT be under any liability to the
user for any kind of consequential losses of any nature in
using this data.


5. Note

All the questions relating to the use of this data must be
informed to a person in charge at NICT. Any problem occurred
out of the above license should be solved by sincere
negotiation between the licensee and developer.
