It also gave a positive evaluation of the establishment of the ASEM Trust Fund as a measure to improve financial supervision systems. ８　日本国政府及びロシア連邦政府は、両国の諸地域間の経済その他の分野における交流が当該諸地域の繁栄のみならず両国関係全般の進展に貢献することに留意しつつ、かかる交流の発展を奨励することに同意する。 8.
