DESCRIPTION

"k5tom5b" converts K5VSSP or K5/VSSP32 format data to Mark5B format data.

k5name1 K5 file name for CH01-04 or CH01
k5name2 K5 file name for CH05-08 or CH02
k5name3 K5 file name for CH09-12 or CH03
k5name4 K5 file name for CH13-16 or CH04
if K5 file names after the second are not accompanied by directory name, the directory of 1st K5 file is adopted for these files
m5bfile Mark-5B data file name to be created
jjj|yyyymmdd|yyyyddd
observation date in three ways as follows (not necesaary for VSSP32 and VSSP64 format data)
jjj:lower 3digits of MJD
yyyymmdd: 4 digit year, 2 digit month, 2 digit day of month
yyyyddd: 4 digit year, 3 digit day of year
--version show program version
--help show how to execute
env show environmental variables used in this program
OPTIONS
-o m5bfile set Mark5B file name to be created
-d m5dir set directory for Mark5B file out (default: K5 directory)
-e2bit n set 2bit data encode mode
1:offset binary 0,1,2,3 (no conversion)
2: Mark V standard 0,2,1,3 (default)
3: signed integer 1,0,2,3
-s soffset set offset time from data head (sec) (default: 0)
-p period set data period to convert (sec) (default: all)
-nocheck to ignore header error for 2nd and later headers (1st header is checked to obtain sampling information)
-ch1 nn set K5 channel corresponding to Mark5 ch #1
nn is K5 channel number (1-16)
-ch2 nn set K5 channel corresponding to Mark5 ch #2

-ch16 nn set K5 channel corresponding to Mark5 ch #16
-chall n1:n2:....:n16
set K5 channels corresponding to Mark5 all channels
n1 -- K5 channel number (1-16) corresponding to Mark5 ch 1
n2 -- K5 channel number (1-16) corresponding to Mark5 ch 2

n16 -- K5 channel number (1-16) corresponding to Mark5 ch 16
