Gentlemen,
I realize that I neglected to mention one issue regarding VSI-S draft 2, 
and that is the Japanese suggestion that a capability for controlling the 
operation time-line of the DTS.  After much consideration, I decided that 
this function should really reside in the computer controlling the DTS, and 
that time-line operation within the scope of VSI-S adds a layer of 
complexity that is really not necessary.  Therefore, I have, respectfully, 
not included such a capability in draft 2.  Of course, I still am open to 
discussion on this issue.
