The sundial is the tool to measure the time. The shapes of the shadow are different from each other at the distant places.

We have sundials at the Kashima Space Research Center (in Ibaraki prefecture) and the Okinawa Subtropical Environment Remote-Sensing Center (in Okinawa prefecture).
