Hotel Accommodation

Each person should arrange his or her own accommodation. Special rates for delegates have been negotiated at the following hotel:

Prices (including tax and service charge, without breakfast)

  • 8,000 yen/person for a single room used by one person
  • 9,000 yen/person for a twin room used by one person
  • 7,500 yen/person for a twin room used by two persons
  • 1,300 yen for one breakfast with advanced request by May 15th
  • Ref) one breakfast costs 1,600 yen without advanced request

The limited rooms are held between June 20th and 24th for ICOST2007 Delegates by May 15th. After May 15th, there is no assurance for room availability. If there are rooms available, Hotel Nikko Nara may arrange your reservation with the rates upward. To reserve a room at Hotel Nikko Nara, please contact to the hotel directly with the following information by Telephone, Fax, or E-mail. (Do NOT use "Reservations" button on the hotel Web site.)

On 22nd and 23rd, there is a shuttle bus from Hotel Nikko Nara to the Conference Site.
On 21st and 23rd, there is a shuttle bus from the Conference Site to Hotel Nikko Nara.
On 22nd, there is a technical bus tour. All delegates visit the Nattoku Kobo of Sekisui House Corp and the banquet place by bus. After the banquet, the bus will take the delegates to Hotel Nikko Nara.
