Poster Preparation/Presentation Guidelines
This web page aims to provide you with details relating to the preparation and presentation of your paper accepted for Poster Presentation during ICOST2007.
You will be provided with a presentation space 180cm (width) X 120cm (hight).
We will prepare pins to attach your poster in the presentation space.
The venue of Poster Presentation Session is located on the second floor. (The registration desk is in front of the main entrance on the first floor.)
At least one of the authors should attend the conference to exhibit the poster and be available to answer questions and discuss the poster during the poster sessions (coffee breaks).
The poster sessions are synchronized with the coffee breaks. The first break will start at 14:15 on June 21st. Please prepare your poster before this. After the lunch of June 23rd, please remove your poster as soon as possible.
