| Abstract | Some organic and polymer materials have the intrinsic capability to formself-organized periodically ordered structures, so-called photonics crystals (PCs). My current research interest is the fabrication of PCs from colloidal microparticles, i.e., colloidal crystals (CCs), for laser applications. This presentation will introduce some of my own experimental results of flexible CC laser of all-polymer materials, widely tunable laser from a CC gel film stabilized by an ionic liquid, and so on. |
