A new scheme for millimeter-wave wireless beam-steering using NxN patch-antennas with
meandering-gaps on an electro-optic (EO) modulator is proposed for high-speed radio-over-
fiber systems. The wireless receiving beam can be steered by controlling interaction

A 5×5 antenna array is designed for 0±30 degrees wireless steerable beams. 5 and 25 variations of wireless beam-steering can be obtained for 1-D in xz- or yz-planes and 2-D in xyz-space, respectively.
