A 300-GHz band is a promising frequency band for ultra-high-speed future wireless
communication. To realize it, a method using an electromagnetic-wave (EM-wave) absorber
has been desired to suppress the cavity resonance of a transceiver module and to increase
reliability. In this paper, we show an ultra-wideband EM-wave absorber for IEEE Standard
802.15. 3d.
