An electrochemical fabrication of nanowire comprised of phthalocyanine

We have attempted the nano-crystal growth based on an electrochemical method to construct highly-conducting nanowires. The nano-elcctrocrystallization has been carried out in an axially-substituted phthalocyanine solutton using substrates with two electrodes formed bydeposition. Using this process, we obtained nanowires with a width of approximately 100nm and a length of several microns.
