We fabricated Au/PI/(Rh-G2 + PI)/PI/Au junctions with an artiflcially ayered structure containing rhodamine dendrite macro molecule (Rh-G2),and observed steps in their current-voltage characteristics with a constant voltage spacing of e/C, where C is the capacitance between the Rh-G2 molecules and Au electrode.
