High speed communication network realizes the big virtual telescope with the high sensitivity. We have two high speed networks of 256Mbps. One is the network ''OLIVE'' of National Astronomical observatory (NAO) and the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) connected with Usuda 64m telescope and Nobeyama 45m telescope. Another is the network ''KSP'' of Communication Research Laboratory (CRL) connected with KSP 11m antennas and Kashima 34m antenna. These networks are operated in cooperation with the Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). We connected these networks, and we synthesis the signals using the VLBI techniques. We can observe the very week radio sources. This virtual telescope is an application techniques and the new advanced techniques of the multi-media virtual laboratory (MVL). We introduce the plan of the virtual telescope. We also show the MVL systems for astronomy; (1) the remote monitoring system of antenna using the three dimensional image, (2) the data base system for the image data of radio source, (3) three dimentional display of the two dimensional color or contour mapping data of the radio source.
