Kashima and Koganei started near-daily observations (5 days a week).
May 22, 1995
The first VLBI experiment with Miura station.
December 1, 1995
Daily VLBI observations started with three stations (Kashima,
Koganei, and Miura). At the same time, The new KSP correlator began
operation with one baseline configuration.
May 14, 1996
Number of data channels used for the observations was incleased from
14 to 16. Thus the recording data rate became 64 Mbps.
May 29, 1996
The KSP correlator started operation with 3-baseline configuration.
September 3, 1996
The first VLBI experiment with Tateyama station.
September 4, 1996
The KSP correlator started operation with 6-baseline configuration.
September 24, 1996
Terrestrial reference frame was changed from ITRF93 to ITRF94 and
Celestial Reference Frame was changed from ICRF93 to ICRF94. All the
databases in the past were re-analysed.
March 20, 1997
Nutation Offsets from IAU80 model are corrected for data analysis.
June 4, 1997
256Mbps real-time VLBI observations started on daily basis.
July 28-August 1, 1997
5 days of continuous observations of 23.5 hours each were performed.
September 30, 1997
The frequency of the experiment was reduced from daily basis to
every-other-day basis, and the duration of each experiment was increased
from 6 hours to 23.5 hours.
July 31, 1998
Terrestrial reference frame was changed from ITRF94 to ITRF96 and
Celestial Reference Frame was changed from ICRF94 to ICRF RSC(WGRF) 95R01.
All the databases in the past were re-analysed.
