Outline/ Purpose/ Methods / Results
In this group, the structure and analysis of the reconstruction experiment system and the mathematical modeling of mathematical modeling are carried out to link the phenomenon of the ciliary base order formation promoted by the Tsukida group (which is constructed by complicatedly intertwined the multiple elements at the level of the tracheal epithelial cell) with the mathematical model promoted by the Ishihara group. Through this process, we reproduce the phenomena that mimic the formation of an orderly structure at the epithelial ciliate base, and seek to elucidate the mechanism.
