The NICT Diversity Promotion Office decided the NICT DE&I Logomark to enhance external communications and to raise awareness within the institute.
From July to August last year, the NICT Diversity Promotion Logo Mark Application was open to all NICT officers and employees. Among the 19 submissions－each expressing diversity in its unique way－ the final design was selected through deliberation.
The logomark features the letter "N" from "NICT," creatively twisted into the shape of an infinity symbol. This design reflects the phrase ‘Turning Diversity into Possibility,’ which is the theme of our diversity promotion activities, meaning that the possibilities are infinite.
There are three different versions of the logomark, which will be used in various contexts moving forward as a symbol of NICT’s diversity promotion, celebrating individuality and showcasing the brilliance of diverse talents.
