Courtesy call on Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications Matsumoto by Secretary General Harayama on July 10th, 2024

Dr. HARAYAMA Yuko, Secretary General of the GPAI Tokyo Expert Support Center paid a courtesy call on Mr. MATSUMOTO Takeaki, Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, and reported on the establishment of the GPAI Tokyo Expert Support Center on July 1 and the start of its activities.

Minister Matsumoto firstly praised the successful establishment of the Tokyo ESC, in line with the Hiroshima AI Process launched in May 2023, and committed continuous support to the Tokyo ESC from the Ministry as a whole.
