Publication of the SAFE Project Report
The SAFE (Safety and Assurance of Generative AI) project is an initiative to support the deployment of practical approaches to assure the safety of commercializing generative AI within GPAI. The Tokyo Expert Support Center positions supporting the SAFE project as its core mission and has been actively carrying out related activities.
The SAFE Project was implemented as a direct OECD project under the OECD’s Workplan 2024, co-chaired by GPAI experts Inma Martinez and Cyrus Hodes, and carried out by a group of 18 GPAI experts.
The report, which is a deliverable resulting from discussions under the SAFE project, has now been compiled by the above-mentioned experts and published on the OECD website below:
