Paper submission deadline is August 1, 2012.

The following guidelines apply to both authors of invited papers and contributed papers.

Preparation of papers:

a. Papers must be in English.
b. Paper must be in A4 size.
c. Papers must be in two-column format.
d. The maximum paper length is ten pages. All figures, tables, references, etc., are included in the page limit.
e. Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) format　via EDAS.

You may use (not a requirement) the IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. IEEE Templates for both Microsoft Word and LaTeX may found at
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
You are not required to use PDF eXpress to check your document.
Authors are also requested to submit a copyright transfer agreement for ICSOS2012 duly signed together with your full paper via EDAS using the below form.
The papers will be included in the ICSOS Conference Proceedings (USB) and also will be published in the ICSOS 2012 website after several months later from the conference date.
