Work life management Workplace Environment Enhancement

We will continue to promote work-life balance and develop a workplace environment that supports diverse ways of working. This includes the utilization of telework for all employees, and in April 2023, we opened an Innovation Center in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, further improving the accessibility and convenience of our environment.

Initiatives Related to Working Hours and Work Environment

To accommodate diverse ways of working, we have established various labor time systems.

Telework System

We have established a flexible system that does not set a limit on the number of days telework can be carried out and allows employees to work from locations besides their homes, such as relatives' homes.

Satellite Office

In April 2023, we opened the "Innovation Center" in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, as a satellite office available for use by all employees.

Establishment of a Meditation Room

To promote employee well-being, we encourage the use of break and meditation rooms.
