Registration Fee |
The full registration fee for
the registered delegate includes:
- Admission to all the sessions, exhibition
- Banquet
- Congress documentation and congress pack
*Lunch Box (Pre-registration only)
There are many restaurants located 10 to 15 minutes
on foot from the conference site that serve international
cuisine such as Western, Chinese and Japanese
food.
As an option, lunch boxes are available from November
29 to December 3.
(A separate fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.)
We would like to inform you that same day cancellations
are not accepted and contents of the lunch box
are fixed and hence cannot be substituted.
If you would like to request a vegetarian lunch
box, please contact our registration secretariat..

Confirmation |
| Upon receiving your application
and the payment, the registration desk will send
you a confirmation letter with your registration
number by post. Please present the confirmation
letter at the registration desk to obtain your registration
package. |

Cancellation |
Cancellation must be made to the
secretariat in writing either by letter, fax or
e-mail.
A full refund of the registration fee will be made
if cancellation is received in writing before September
19, 2006. A 50% refund of the registration fee will
be made if cancellation is received in writing between
September 19 and November 15, 2006. No refund will
be made for cancellation after November 15, 2006.
Refund should be made in the same method as you
paid. Please note that all refunds will be made
after the congress.
Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also
be applied to participants. |

Individuals requiring letters of
invitation to obtain travel visas may contact Secretariat
directly.
As a rule, we will assist you to get a visa after
completing the registration with your payment.
