Our Mission

The high-performance of organic materials in electronic and photonic functions is based on the properties of the molecule, which is the minimum component of them. We investigate the physics and fabrication technology of nanoscale electronic and photonic device structures extracting the full functionality of molecules.
Such nanoscale devices are expected to deal with sensing and processing extremely weak signals, and to be key elements to construct energy saving information communication systems. Although the target field of our research is in the new generation ICT, the developed technology will also play a crucial role in the technical innovation of the other field, such as electronics, life science, ecology, energy, etc.
