Study Summary

We have promoted researches on the elucidation and control of the motor function of protein motors, in particular dynein, by making full use of the technology (in vitro movement assay) for reconstructing the functions of protein motors in vitro. In addition, by expanding this in vitro kinetic assay, we are conducting pioneering research and development such as developing technology for controlling the direction of movement of protein filaments.
