Promotion of Employment for People with Disabilities

We comply with the statutory employment rate and actively promote the open recruitment of fixed-term employees.

Ensuring Communication

To facilitate smooth communication between people with hearing disabilities and those without, we use "KoeTora*." Additionally, during online meetings, we also display automatic subtitles.
  • * "KoeTora" is a smartphone application designed to facilitate smooth communication between the hearing impaired and the hearing, by utilizing speech recognition and speech synthesis technologies, which are the fruits of research and development by NICT.
    Developed by NICT, the technology has now been transferred to and is being provided by FEAT Corporation.

Barrier-Free Accessibility of Facilities

The facility is equipped with barrier-free features to accommodate the easy mobility of staff with disabilities.

Special Leave System

We have a system that allows employees to take a certain period of leave separately from annual paid leave for purposes such as treatment or medical check-ups.
