Active Recruitment of Female Researchers and Technical Experts

We are actively working toward a goal of achieving a 20% recruitment ratio for women in permanent research positions, tenure-track researcher roles, and permanent technical research positions.

Support Systems for Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Parenting

We introduce systems designed to enhance support for employees who are expectant or nursing mothers, employees with pregnant or nursing spouses, and employees who are raising children, providing an environment where they can engage in parenting and related activities with peace of mind.

Special Leave System for Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Parenting

We have established a system that allows employees to take a certain period of leave, separate from annual paid leave, for pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and nursing care.

Parental Leave and Childcare Leave System

We have established a system that allows employees who have had a child to take a certain period of leave or work shortened hours for childcare.

  • •For fixed-term employees, a special provision (Papa-Mama Childcare Leave Plus) has been introduced for cases where both parents take parental leave.

Exemption System from Duty to Devote Full Attention to Work

We have established a system that exempts pregnant or postpartum employees from the duty to devote full attention to their work and considers them as having engaged in their duties.

  • •Time for pregnant employees to take a rest or have meals to maintain the health of the mother or fetus
  • •Staggered commuting for pregnant employees to avoid crowded conditions

Childcare Support System

This is a system where employees who meet certain requirements can receive subsidies for usage fees.
