Development and Operation of Scanned Probe Microscope, Condensed Matter Physics, Surface Science, Nano Scale Structure Science, Low Level Physics, Precise Measurement, High Performance Measurement
Research Interests
走査型ナノプローブおよびその関連技術によるナノスケール計測とナノファインプロセス、分子ナノ構造作成制御手法の開発。これらを技術基盤とする高機能ナノセンシング、高機能ナノ光学デバイスの創出。先進的ナノバイオ融合技術の創出。
